Welcome to our Specialized Workshops at Loom of Nature, where self-development and healing are at the heart of everything we do. Our workshops are designed to address common human alignments, helping you manage and transform challenges such as weight loss, arthritis, nerve pain (including sciatica), sleep problems, stress, trauma, and emotional tension. We also offer tailored practices for specific times of the day, such as morning routines for vitality and evening practices for deep rest and restoration.

Each workshop is crafted to offer sustainable solutions that can be integrated into your personal, demanding lifestyle. Our expert instructors guide you through sequences that are specifically designed for profound change, restoration, and rejuvenation. We focus on breaking old patterns that contribute to discomfort, stress, or pain, while providing you with tools and practices for lasting transformation.

At Loom of Nature, we understand the complexities of modern life and the impact these patterns can have on your body and mind. Our workshops are here to support you on your journey, offering practices that create real change and lasting relief—all within the context of a supportive community.

October Specialised Workshops

  • What is a circle ?
Circles are a grassroot expression of stillness and service. In ordinary living rooms across the globe, people come together to meditate . A palpable sense of gratitude and community weaves through it all. The ripples of inner transformation are countless -- and continue on. There are no limitations to what a circle can be , in essense circles can be a participation to expand the conciousines as a global collective of inspiring conciousness.
  • I'm thinking about hosting a Circle with in the loom of Nature. What are the requirements and commitments?
To host a Circle with the loom of nature, it really helps to understand the nuances of generosity and organizing. In addition, it also takes: A personal commitment to spending time in silence or with meditation and helping others do the same. Holding the space with equanimous conciousness to facilitate the subject of the circle. A small, quiet room where people can sit in silence for an hour. Many host these circles in their living rooms, moving aside any furniture and laying out cushions in a circle, as support for those who aren’t used to sitting on the ground. A coordinator who can manage the logistics and moderate the circle If these values feel resonant and commitments sound doable, the first step would be to contact Kunal , Diana , Shepali or Raveen , any follow meditators in the Loom of Nature Clan.
  • What will you need to Facilitate a Circle?
