Volunteer Mentor for Meditation Rehabilitation
Shepali Skidiler
With over 30 years of experience as a qualified bodywork therapist, I have dedicated myself to understanding the intricacies of how our bodies function. My passion for exploring the body's systems naturally led me to immerse myself in the practice of pranayama over the last decade. This beautiful journey has not only deepened my knowledge but also allowed me to embrace a holistic approach to life.
Throughout my career, I have always been enamored with working closely with people, guiding them towards better well-being and a more fulfilling life. By blending my expertise in massage, breathwork, and counseling, I have been able to offer my clients a unique and transformative experience.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been combining life coaching with pranayama. Through this powerful combination, I have witnessed my clients gaining control over their lives and successfully achieving their goals.
Life has been an incredible teacher, and each chapter has enriched my understanding of human connection and personal growth. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to help others on their own paths to healing and self-discovery.
As I continue to evolve in my spiritual practice amidst the awe-inspiring Himalayan landscapes, I remain committed to empowering and guiding those seeking a more balanced and harmonious existence.
Thank you for joining me on this incredible adventure of self-exploration and transformation. Together, let's embrace the beauty of life's journey and find inner peace and fulfilment.

Volunteer Mentorof Meditation Rehabilitation
Diana Benlaraaj
When Diana was working as a medical-technical assistant in radiology 20 years ago, she often came into contact with illness, suffering and people's inner pain.
In addition, she had to overcome many hurdles in life herself, and the desire to make a contribution to health grew ever stronger.
When Diana discovered Shiatsu 13 years ago, she was so impressed by the success it had for me personally. Long-standing symptoms improved or disappeared. Never before had she felt so seen and touched in my entirety and never before had she felt herself so intensely. Over time, a completely new "self-awareness" has developed.
During my three-year Shiatsu training, she quickly realized that health means so much more than just the absence of illness. There are a considerable number of nuances that just need to be perceived.
Curiosity and thirst for knowledge are my constant companions. This led me on a journey in which she learned a lot about energy.
Listening deeply within and feeling the nuances is what she wanted to convey in her body work, so that a healthy consciousness can emerge that can set the course of your life anew.
