Access to Class Recordings for Continuous Support

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes attending live classes might not be possible. That’s why we offer access to recordings of all our classes and workshops through the WhatsApp group. These recordings provide you with the flexibility to continue your Yogic Self Development journey at your own pace, even if you miss a class. You can revisit and repeat classes and workshops that best align with your current goals and areas of focus, allowing you to tailor your practice to your unique needs. Use these recordings as a resource for deepening your practice, ensuring that you stay connected and supported throughout your journey.

Step-by-Step Guide: Making the Most of Class Recordings ( recordings will be of the teacher only)

Step 1: Access the Recording

  • After a class or workshop, the recording will be shared in your WhatsApp group. Simply click on the link provided to access the video.

  • Download or bookmark the video link for easy access later if you want to revisit the class.

Step 2: Schedule Your Practice Time

  • Time Zone Considerations:

If you missed a live class due to a time zone conflict, find a time that works best for your schedule. Here are some suggestions:

    • Morning Practice (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM): Perfect for those who prefer to start their day with grounding and focus, particularly if you missed a class held in a different time zone. This time works well for aligning your energy for the day ahead.

    • Afternoon Practice (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Ideal for those looking to take a mid-day break and reset. This time is great for students who missed classes in the early morning hours due to time zone differences.

    • Evening Practice (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Best for unwinding after a busy day. Use this time to review recordings and settle your mind and body before bed.

Step 3: Create a Focused Practice Environment

  • Prepare your practice space just as you would for a live class. Ensure you have your yoga mat, props, and any other tools you may need. Minimise distractions, and make sure your environment is peaceful and supportive.

Step 4: Engage Fully with the Recording

  • Treat the recording as you would a live class. Follow along with the instructor’s guidance and stay present. Pay attention to your body and breath throughout the practice, adjusting as needed.

Step 5: Take Notes and Reflect

  • After completing the recorded session, take a few minutes to journal any insights, thoughts, or sensations that arose during your practice. Reflect on how the class supported your self-development and how you can integrate the teachings into your daily life.

Step 6: Repeat and Deepen Your Practice

  • You have the flexibility to revisit recordings as often as you need. If a particular class or workshop resonated with you or supported an area of alignment you’re working on, feel free to repeat it to deepen your understanding and embodiment of the teachings.

Step 7: Reach Out for Support

  • If you have any questions or need additional guidance after watching the recording, feel free to ask in WhatsApp the mentors or teacher. Your teacher and mentor are here to support you in your journey. Maybe you would like to reach out to a fellow student - buddy

By using these recordings, you can maintain consistency in your practice and ensure that your self-development journey remains continuous and adaptable, no matter where you are or what your schedule looks like.
